In an exciting move towards revitalizing its identity and better communicating its mission and values, Laroche Groupe Paris Properties has undergone a remarkable brand refresh. We collaborated with two exceptional graphic designers, Dezig from Logotournament and Guido Del Solar from Suave Design Studios in Barcelona, to create a visual identity that embodies the essence of Laroche Groupe’s commitment to helping clients fulfill their dreams in Paris and the picturesque South of France.

Honoring Tradition and Home: The Lion’s Head Door-Knocker Symbol

At the core of Laroche Groupe’s brand refresh lies a powerful symbol, the lion’s head door-knocker. This elegant representation of a door-knocker, with a distinctly European visual lexicon, not only exudes a sense of tradition but also symbolizes the idea of “home” in a warm and welcoming manner.

The lion, a majestic and regal creature, is historically associated with strength, protection, and loyalty – qualities that parallel Laroche Groupe’s dedication to its clients and the commitment to serve them in their real estate journey. The choice of this symbol brings an immediate emotional connection, evoking a sense of safety and security in the realm of property transactions.

Typography and Colors: A Symphony of Sophistication and Luxury

The brand refresh introduces a refined and sophisticated typographic treatment that perfectly complements the lion’s head door-knocker symbol. The chosen font embraces clean lines and classic elements, mirroring the timelessness of Parisian architecture and design.

Moreover, the color palette gracefully balances modernity with elegance. Rich tones of deep blue and royal gold reflect opulence and luxury, representing the aspirations and desires of Laroche Groupe’s clientele. The combination of these carefully selected colors gives the visual identity a touch of prestige, adding to the brand’s overall appeal.

A Journey of Collaboration and Refinement

Creating a brand identity that precisely captures the essence of Laroche Groupe was a labor of love and collaboration. The initial creative process was undertaken by Dezig from Logotournament, who skillfully brought the lion’s head door-knocker concept to life. Their expertise in understanding our vision and transforming it into an evocative symbol won out in a competition of over 50 designers worldwide and laid the foundation for the brand refresh.

To refine and further elevate the brand identity, Guido Del Solar from Suave Design Studios in Barcelona joined the journey. Guido’s expertise in luxury real estate branding and his impeccable eye for detail allowed for the harmonious integration of typography, colors, and the lion’s head door-knocker symbol. The result was a breathtaking visual identity that resonates with Laroche Groupe’s target audience, embodying the company’s values and mission effortlessly.

A New Chapter for Laroche Groupe Paris Properties

With the unveiling of its brand refresh, Laroche Groupe Paris Properties embarks on an exciting new chapter. The revitalized identity serves as a beacon, guiding the company to connect even more deeply with its local and international clients. Through a profound understanding of their dreams and aspirations, Laroche Groupe will continue to unite buyers and sellers in Paris and the South of France, facilitating life-changing real estate experiences.

As the lion’s head door-knocker symbol graces our marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms, Laroche Groupe stands proud, signifying not only a new visual identity but also the values and principles that form the very foundation of our business.

With the perfect blend of tradition, elegance, sophistication, and luxury, the brand refresh exemplifies Laroche Groupe Paris Properties’ commitment to excellence and dedication to making dreams happen for our cherished clients.
