PARIS MARKET UPDATE:

Prices in Paris were essentially flat in November, dropping 0.3% from the prior month. Fewer transactions closed in November than last year, possibly due to the “front-loading” of 2017 with a much more active January-July cycle in 2017. Overall, prices in Paris are up 6.6% compared to 2016.
